SSAT - Secondary School Admissions Test is a test taken by students who wish to seek admission into the more competition boarding and/or private schools in America.  It tests three areas of competency: Math, Verbal and Reading Comprehension.  Students will also be asked to write an essay. Although the essay does not form part of the final SSAT score, it is important to write well as the essay will be sent to the schools to form part of their admissions evaluation.
